Become a Member
How to become a member
To quality for listing on either or both Rosters, you must submit proof of satisfactory completion of the following requirements:

Be and remain a member in good standing of the National Bar Association;

Be and remain a member in good standing of the ADR Section of the NBA;

Satisfactory completion of a recognized mediation and/or arbitration training course offered by a recognized organization such as FINRA, AAA, FMCS, etc.

Proof of qualification based on training and experience to practice as a mediator or arbitrator in the state in which you practice;

Attend a qualifying CLE program sponsored or co-sponsored by the NBA-ADR Section;

Submit a resume in the format set forth in the attached instructions provided by the NBA ADR Section. (Separate resumes should be submitted for each panel roster.)

Sign and return the Verification affirming that you have satisfied and will continue to satisfy the requirements, based on training and experience, to hold yourself out as a mediator or arbitrator in the state in which you practice.

Pay the fee as set by the NBA ADR Section.
